- What You Can Do (Allowed): You may use this tool for honest payroll calculations, paying your staff, creating true monthly salary receipts, keeping clean business records, and giving employees genuine proofs of earnings.
- What You Cannot Do (Strictly Forbidden): You cannot create fake payslips, forge company stamps, pretend to work somewhere you don't, lie on bank loan or visa applications, or produce any counterfeit paperwork.
- User & Business Responsibility: Anyone creating documents here confirms that they have the full legal right and accurate records to make them. We provide the calculator, but you are 100% legally responsible for the truthfulness of the names, stamps, and numbers you type. We do not support and are not responsible for any misuse.

- If You Create An Account: If you choose to sign up so you can save reusable templates, we only store your basic login email and secure secret password.
- If You Write to Support: If you send us a message through our contact box, we only use your email to answer your question.
